Jenny has held a varying number of positions in her career including being the first female Assistant Manager with Pizza Hut in Victoria in 1987, owner/manager of family business for 15 yrs, Bursar/Registrar 10 yrs with the Department of Education Victoria before moving to Qld. Jenny's first form of employment in Qld was in the Real Estate Industry as a Sales Secretary and from there into Body Corporate Management at an office in Caloundra. In 2003 Jenny completed a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management whilst employed by Strata Solutions. In 2005 Jenny and her husband Jeff purchased the Sunshine Coast office of Strata Solutions and renamed it Select Strata Management.

Michael comes with vast experience of senior management. He has a practical hands-on approach with extensive knowledge at his disposal. Michael has been involved in the Property Industry since 1984, where he began his career as a Property Manager, following many years as a business owner in Melbourne. During this time he obtained a specific interest in the financial and administrative aspect of business, leading him into the Body Corporate Industry. With breaks in between Michael gained further Industry knowledge in the relief of on-site Management at various buildings. This experience has enabled Michael to develop an excellent understanding of Unit Owner/On-Site Management issues, as well as the Legal requirements under Body Corporate Law. With a realistic approach and his many years’ experience, Michael is ideally placed to advise on body corporate related matters ensuring Unit Owners maintain strong value in their assets in a harmonious environment. Michael has been married for 41 years, has three children and five grandchildren. He is a great believer in stability and harmony.

Micheal has a Cert IV in Information Technology and has a background in dealing with people of all ages and walks of life. Micheal expertise in IT is offered to clients of Select Strata Management as a free service, either in person or via phone.

Jeff as a Director brings a wealth of knowledge and a large data base of clients through his background in real estate and development and has been listed as a major participant in Mahlab Who's Who in the property industry since 2005. Jeff also deals with maintenance issues if the body corporate chooses for Select Strata Management to perform these duties on their behalf.

Ashleigh is our Receptionist and her role includes the weekly processing of body corporate accounts as well as other administrative duties. Ashleigh is usually the first point of call when phoning the office of Select Strata Management.
